After years in commercial kitchens, Joe founded Fork & Rosemary to bring restaurant-quality dining directly to people's homes and special events. His philosophy centers around using the finest local and seasonal ingredients to create memorable culinary experiences.

Our Story
Fork & Rosemary was born from a simple belief: that exceptional food should be accessible beyond the walls of fine dining restaurants. After years of working in high-pressure commercial kitchens, Joe realised that some of the most memorable meals happen in intimate settings, surrounded by the people we care about most.
The name "Fork & Rosemary" reflects our dual commitment to both the practical and the beautiful. The fork represents the essential act of sharing a meal, while rosemary – a hardy, aromatic herb that grows locally – symbolises our dedication to natural, local ingredients that enhance rather than overpower the natural flavors of great food.
What started as private chef services for friends and family has grown into a comprehensive catering business, but our core values remain unchanged. We believe in transparency about where our food comes from, treating every event as if we're cooking for our own family, and creating experiences that bring people together.
Today, Fork & Rosemary serves clients across the region, from intimate dinner parties in private homes to large-scale weddings and corporate events. We also provide relief chef services to some of the area's finest restaurants and pubs, helping maintain their standards during busy periods or staff holidays.
